This means that the operation to capture Gaza City is currently on hold.The Israeli Prime Minister's Office said on Saturday (October 4) that Israel is preparing to implement the first phase of the US plan after Hamas agreed to release all hostages.Yesterday, President Donald Trump gave Hamas until 6pm local time on Sunday to accept his 20-point peace proposal. Hamas had previously partially agreed.
