Osman Gani , Upazila Correspondent, Chandina || Dr. Redwan Ahmed, the BNP-nominated candidate and former Minister of State, has called for votes for the "Sheaf of Paddy" symbol in the Cumilla-7 (Chandina) constituency to implement BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman’s "I Have a Plan." On Thursday (February 5), from afternoon until night, the freedom fighter sought votes during separate courtyard meetings and public rallies across nine wards of Kerankhal Union within the upazila.Highlighting Tarique Rahman’s vision, the former State Minister said, "If Tarique Rahman is elected Prime Minister in the 13th National Parliamentary Election, he will be able to execute this plan. Under this vision, 5 million farmers will receive fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and consultancy via Agriculture Cards. Additionally, 5 million underprivileged families will receive food assistance worth 2,500 BDT through Family Cards. Employment opportunities will be created for 10 million unemployed youths, and the quality of education will be modernized, incorporating technical training to keep pace with the times."Issuing a warning to the supporters of local independent candidates, he stated, "The central committee has dissolved all existing committees of the Chandina Upazila BNP and its wing organizations for defying party decisions. Do not confuse BNP voters by promoting other symbols."The meetings were attended by various leaders, including BNP leaders Principal Abu Taher, Sultan Moin Ahmed Robin, and Mizanur রহমান; Principal of Chandina Al-Amin Islamia Kamil Madrasa, Maulana Md.
