Osman Gani , Upazila Correspondent, Chandina || On the occasion of Holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi (PBUH), Jasne Julus, a discussion meeting, and various religious programs were celebrated with great grandness in Chandina, Cumilla. Organized by the Chandina Upazila branch of Hoseinia Committee Bangladesh—a spiritual organization of the traditional Rajapura Darbar Sharif a large number of devout Muslims from all walks of life participated in this grand event.On Sunday morning, the procession commenced from the Mokambari Central Eidgah Maidan. Resonating with the sweet sounds of Darood and Salam from thousands of Sunni devotees, the rally circumambulated the main roads of Chandina Upazila and ended at the local Upazila grounds. Later, a discussion meeting was held at the site focusing on the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the significance of Eid-e-Miladunnabi.Presided over by Alhaj Md. Abdul Kader Sarkar, Convener of Hoseinia Committee Chandina Upazila Branch, Allama Shah Mohammad Nadimur Rashid Al Quaderi (M.J.A.), Pir of Rajapura Darbar Sharif, attended as the chief guest. In his speech, he stated that the true welfare of humanity lies in following the noble life and ideals of the World Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). Urging everyone to unite for the greater interest of Islam by forgetting minor internal divisions within Muslim society, he highlighted the necessity of the Prophet's teachings in building a peaceful, harmonious, and moral society.Special guests present at the event included Hoseinia Committee central leader Alhaj Dr. Abdul Bari Sarkar, Maulana Akhtaruzzaman Helali, local BNP leader Master Md. Fazlul Sattar, former Commissioner Kamal Hossain, Shahjahan Sarkar, and Mufti Salah Uddin Quaderi, Central Vice President of Hoseinia Youth Committee, alongside other political, social, and religious leaders.In their speeches, the speakers advised following the path shown by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to eliminate moral decay in personal and social life. Imbued with religious solemnity and love, the program concluded with prayers seeking happiness, prosperity, and the well-being of the nation and the entire Muslim Ummah.
