Navy personnel have donated a day’s salary to the Chief Adviser’s Relief Fund to help flood victims. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said this in a press release on Friday (August 23).
At least 11 districts including Feni, Noakhali, Comilla, Lakshmipur have been hit by heavy rains and heavy downpours coming down from the upper reaches of India. 77 City of these districts have been flooded. According to the official count, 13 people have died so far.
People from different classes and professions of the country are standing by the flood victims in this terrible situation. Many organizations donate at least one day’s salary to their employees.
