Muhammad Fauzul Kabir Khan, advisor to the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, said that an attempt will be made to launch the metro rail within the next seven days.

He said this while talking to reporters at the secretariat on Sunday (August 18).

There is arson or vandalism, they are being renovated. There will be no single source procurement as before. We have to cut costs. I have given instructions in this regard.

He also said that road construction cost in Bangladesh is the highest in the world, this slander should be removed. The same contractor will do all the work, that will not happen. Those who do good will be given work.

He also said that this government is for everyone. Tender by acquaintance, that will not happen. There is no parking space on the main roads of Dhaka, I asked to see them. Where vehicles will not be allowed to stop.

He is also in charge of the advisor of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Railways. Muhammad Fauzul Kabir Khan held his first office in the Road Transport and Highways Department at the Secretariat on Sunday (August 18) after receiving the responsibility.
