Chhatra League attack on quota reform activists
The entire city of Dhaka is in turmoil due to the quota reform movement. Today 15 July at 3 o’clock, terrorist Chhatra League workers started attacking the protestors. In addition to the students, the Chhatra League also attacked the girls.
The incident started at Vijay Ektar Hall, BCL leaders and activists blocked the students from entering the hall. As a result, the two sides began to fight each other. Later it took an extreme form in front of Ahsan Ullah Hall. Many students were injured and admitted to Dhaka Medical College. Around a hundred students were injured and 1 martyred, the protesting students said.
Police played a silent role during the agitation. Chhatra League activists hurled cocktails and rubber bullets at ordinary students.
