Students Receive Career Guidance at Career Meet-Up Fulbaria

To guide students in career planning and professional development, a program titled “Career Meet-Up Fulbaria” was held in Fulbaria, Mymensingh, with the participation of more than 150 students. The event took place last Friday (October 24) afternoon at R.F.B.A. Public School, organized by Fulbaria ICT Training Institute. The program was supported by Presidency University and Engineers Coaching Home.

Professor Dr. Md. Shahrukh Adnan Khan, Director of Outreach and External Affairs at Presidency University, attended the event as the chief guest.

The session was presided over by Md. Khairul Bashar, Managing Director and Head Teacher of R.F.B.A. Public School. Among the special guests were Nishith Kumer Karmaker, Deputy General Manager of Mymensingh Palli Bidyut Samity-1 (Fulbaria Zonal Office); Md. Mehedi Hasan, Sub-Assistant Engineer at Payra Thermal Power Plant; and Sajid Biswas from Engineers Coaching Home.

The event began with a welcome speech from Md. Towhiddzzaman, Chairman of Fulbaria ICT Training Institute.

The keynote sessions were delivered by Mohammad Ali Firose, AGM (Programs & Activations) at Bdjobs, and Jubaer Hossen, Deputy Manager (HRM) at PRAN-RFL Group. The entire program was hosted by Tanjid Shuvro, Director of Fulbaria ICT Training Institute.

Speakers shared valuable insights on career preparation, job market trends, and the importance of technical and higher education. They also discussed practical strategies for skill development and employment readiness.

In his speech, Professor Dr. Shahrukh Adnan Khan encouraged students with life-oriented guidance and praised the organizers for arranging such an impactful event.

Tanjid Shuvro, mentioned that Towhid Associates has been regularly arranging similar career-focused programs both online and offline. Earlier, “Career Meet-Up” events were successfully held in Dhaka, Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur, Noakhali, Mymensingh, and Kishoreganj.
