An unprecedented scene unfolded during the election campaign in the Comilla-7 (Chandina) constituency. A public rally organized in support of BNP-nominated candidate and valiant freedom fighter Dr. Redowan Ahmed drew spontaneous participation from party leaders, activists, and supporters, turning the entire area into a sea of people. The massive gathering, held on Saturday afternoon at the Ahsan Ullah High School ground in Dollai Nawabpur of Chandina upazila, created a fresh wave of enthusiasm in favor of the Sheaf of Paddy symbol.Addressing the rally as the chief guest, freedom fighter Dr. Redowan Ahmed sought the cooperation of all to ensure the victory of the Sheaf of Paddy in the upcoming election. The event was presided over by Abdul Mannan, BSc, election adviser to the BNP-nominated candidate, and conducted by Engineer Kazi Sakhawat Hossain, a central leader of the Jatiyatabadi Krishak Dal.Special guests who addressed the rally included BNP leaders AKM Shamsul Haque Master and Principal Abu Taher, as well as former Joint General Secretary of the Central Chhatra Dal, Mofazzal Hossain Bashir.Also present at the gathering were BNP leaders Safiqur Rahman, Abu Fayez Mohammad Abdullah, Nurul Islam Bhuiyan, Abul Bashar, Fazlul Haque Patwary, along with leaders from district and local-level affiliated organizations.
