In a powerful display of strength ahead of the upcoming 13th National Parliamentary Election, BNP shook the streets of Cumilla-7 (Chandina) with a massive campaign procession for the 'Dhaner Sheerh' (Sheaf of Paddy) symbol. Organized by the Chandina Upazila BNP and its associate bodies, this grand showdown took place across various parts of the upazila and Chandina municipality, just before the official campaign deadline ended at 8:00 PM tonight. Thousands of activists and common people spontaneously joined the rally in support of the BNP-nominated candidate and former State Minister, Dr. Redwan Ahmed.The procession paraded through the main roads of Chandina Municipality and the headquarters, turning the entire area vibrant with slogans and waves of supporters. With the participation of general voters and party workers arriving from various unions, the march eventually transformed into a vast sea of people. Participants distributed leaflets of the 'Dhaner Sheerh' symbol and sought votes from the public.Local voters believe that such a massive gathering at the final hour of campaigning has significantly strengthened Dr. Redwan Ahmed's position in the electoral race.
