Shammi Tultul's New Storybook 'Golpe Shopne Jibrail (A.)'

Young author and fiction writer Shammi Tultul has released a new book, "Golpe Shopne Jibrail (A.)," for the Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2026. This Islamic storybook for children and teenagers features stories grounded in morality, humanity, and religious values.

The book brings together 13 selected stories previously published in leading national daily newspapers. Onindya Prokash is the publisher, and the cover art was designed by artist Bayzid Ahmed.

According to the publisher, the book is priced at BDT 200. Readers can pick up a copy at stalls 565 to 569 at the book fair.

This marks the author's 17th book. "Lately, many people are misrepresenting Islam," Shammi Tultul said. "Writers should spread the true teachings of Islam more through their work. It is especially important for children to learn this at a young age."

Speaking about the new release, she added that "Golpe Shopne Jibrail (A.)" is not just a storybook. She described it as a vital tool for building children's moral education, religious awareness, and human values.

Along with writing, Shammi Tultul is a regular news presenter and voice artist. Several of her previous books have been highly popular with readers, including "Chorabalir Bashinda," "Gonit Mamar Chamoch Rohossho," "Bhoot Jokhon Biggani," "Nantu Jantur Box Rohossho," and "Ekjon Kuddus o Kobi Nazrul."
