Fulbaria’s Ibrahim Khalil Elected Common Room Secretary in JUCSU Election

Ibrahim Khalil, a student of the Department of Philosophy at Jahangirnagar University, has been elected as the Common Room Secretary of A F M Kamaluddin Hall Students’ Union in the Jahangirnagar University Central Students’ Union (JUCSU) election. Contesting as an independent candidate, he secured the position with the second-highest number of votes.

Hailing from Kaiyarchala village of Bakta Union under Fulbaria upazila in Mymensingh, Ibrahim Khalil is the son of Azim Uddin.

Following his election victory, fellow students and residents of his home area extended their heartfelt congratulations. They expressed optimism that this achievement would contribute to shaping his future role in broader social leadership.

In his reaction, Ibrahim Khalil expressed gratitude to the voters, supporters, and well-wishers. “I am thankful to everyone who gave me their valuable votes, support, and advice. I pledge to make every effort to fulfill all the commitments outlined in my election manifesto and to undertake new initiatives in line with students’ opinions, In Sha Allah,” he said.
