Sylhet Deputy Commissioner Sarwar Alam Transferred

Sylhet Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Sarwar Alam has been transferred. According to an order signed by Jeti Pru, Senior Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, on Sunday (June 21), he was withdrawn from his current post.The order stated that, under the directives of the Ministry of Public Administration, Sarwar Alam has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Commissioner of Sylhet and attached to the ministry as a Deputy Secretary. The order came into effect on the same day it was issued.The order did not specify the reason behind the transfer, nor did it mention who would be appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner of Sylhet.
