US President Donald Trump has announced a visit to China. He said that he will visit the country early next year. The visit is being held at the invitation of Beijing.The US Republican president also commented that China does not want to occupy Taiwan. The matter is pretty much settled."He also said that he will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping in South Korea later this month. It is expected that a 'fair' trade agreement (with China) will be concluded there. However, tensions between the two countries have recently increased over the tariff issue.In addition, just a week ago, the situation had deteriorated so much that there was a fear of a new trade war. At that time, China imposed new controls on rare earth exports, and Trump threatened to increase tariffs on Chinese goods by up to 100 percent.Trump on Monday sent a message to calm the situation. He said that the two countries should prosper together. Trump said that he wants China to buy American soybeans.
