Bodies are being pulled out of the rubble in Gaza, one by one.

The work of recovering bodies from under the rubble has begun after a ceasefire between the armed group Hamas and the occupying Israel took effect in the Palestinian enclave of Gaza.

The news agency Wafa News reported that 155 bodies were brought to various hospitals in Gaza on Friday (October 10), of which 135 bodies were pulled from the rubble.

Rescuers were able to begin the operation to recover bodies from under the rubble after the bombing stopped and Israeli forces withdrew from populated areas.

According to Wafa, 43 bodies were sent to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. 60 bodies were sent to Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in the same area, four to Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat, 16 to Al-Aqsa Shaheed Hospital in Deir el-Bala and 32 to Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis.

A hospital source said that 19 new people were killed in the attack by the occupation forces yesterday. Another person died while being injured.

In the southern part of Gaza City, 16 people were killed in the attack on the Ghabun family early Friday morning. In addition, one person was killed in the Radwan area of ​​​​Gaza City and two others in Khan Yunis.

It is not clear whether the occupation forces violated the ceasefire with these attacks. The ceasefire officially began in Gaza at noon yesterday. Hamas is expected to return the bodies of 20 living and some dead hostages within the next 72 hours.
