A clash broke out between students of Daffodil International University and City University over a trivial incident in Savar. Several students were injured in the clash.The clash took place in the Khagan area of ​​Birulia Union in Savar on Sunday (October 26) night. However, the police could not immediately confirm the names of the injured.Eyewitnesses said that in the evening, a City University student spat on a Daffodil student from a motorcycle in front of Bachelor Paradise. As a result, an argument started between students of both universities. Later, around 9 pm, about 40-50 students of City University attacked and vandalized a house of Daffodil students with country-made weapons and bricks.When the video of the incident went viral on social media, more than 1,000 students of Daffodil International University gathered at the spot. When the agitated students tried to move towards City University, the university's proctoral team and police requested them to remain calm. Later, at the request of the proctor and law enforcement, the students took up positions in front of Bachelor Paradise. Meanwhile, the attacking students from City University dispersed and fled.
