From Struggles to Success: The Journey of Content Creator Ashraful Islam Hridoy

In today’s digital era, content creation has become one of the most powerful platforms for creativity and self-expression among young people. One of the rising faces in this field is Md. Ashraful Islam Hridoy, a passionate content creator, businessman, and student who is gradually building his identity through dedication and hard work.

Hridoy currently runs a small business at Feni Bhitorer Bazar while also studying in the Department of Bangla at Feni Government College, where he is an Honors fourth-year student. Although he was born and raised in Feni, his ancestral home is located in Laksham, Cumilla.

Life was not always easy for him. In 2015, after losing his father, Hridoy took responsibility for continuing the small roadside business his father had established. Alongside managing family responsibilities and studies, he never stopped dreaming of doing something creative.

His inspiration for content creation came during his college life in 2019. One of his friends used to create content with Abu Taleb Masud, and watching their acting performances and storytelling sparked Hridoy’s interest in this field. Later, in March 2021, his journey officially began through Zahedul Haque, a former teammate of Abu Taleb Masud.

However, the beginning was challenging. Hridoy admits that he did not receive strong support from his family. Many of his friends even made fun of him in the early days. But over time, the situation changed. Today, those same friends proudly say that one of their friends works successfully on social media platforms.

In 2024, after Zahedul Haque moved to Qatar, the comedy content group “Team Abu Taleb” was officially formed under the inspiration and name of Abu Taleb Masud. Since then, Hridoy has been actively working as a member of the team.

According to him, Team Abu Taleb is like a “school of acting” where he learned creativity, performance skills, and the art of presenting social issues through entertaining content. While the team initially focused on family conflict-based content, they now create funny and educational videos that resonate strongly with audiences.

One of the biggest milestones in Hridoy’s career was a political uncensored comedy content that went massively viral and reached nearly 7.7 million viewers. Yet, beyond viral success, he values the love and appreciation he receives from his audience the most. He says educational content receives especially positive feedback, and fans often surprise the team with small gifts and heartfelt support.

Content creation has changed Hridoy’s life significantly. Besides financial stability, it has given him respect and recognition in society. As he describes, “People who once ignored me now welcome me warmly and embrace me with respect.”

Despite his growing popularity, Hridoy remains humble about his future goals. Rather than chasing fame alone, he wants to expand his current team and build a stable business while maintaining his online presence.

For newcomers who want to enter the world of content creation, his advice is simple yet powerful:

“Falling down after failure does not mean the end. Real success comes from standing up again and continuing to move forward.”

Md. Ashraful Islam Hridoy’s journey is a story of perseverance, passion, and self-belief — a story that can inspire many young dreamers who wish to turn their struggles into success.
