From an early age, Minhazul Asif had a deep interest in technology. After completing his graduation from IIUC University of Science and Technology, he spent nearly nine years working in different multinational companies. But despite having a stable career, he believed there was a bigger mission waiting for him.
While working professionally, he also entered the international freelancing marketplace in 2012. He worked on web development, lead generation, digital marketing, ethical hacking, and cyber security projects for global clients. During this journey, he noticed a common problem among Bangladeshi youth — many had talent and ambition, but lacked proper guidance, practical training, and confidence to compete internationally.
That realization inspired him to establish CodemanBD in 2018.
The beginning was not easy. With limited resources and only a small number of students, the platform started its journey quietly. But over time, through dedication, practical teaching methods, and student success stories, CodemanBD gradually earned trust and recognition among aspiring freelancers and tech enthusiasts.
Today, CodemanBD offers training in freelancing, web development, digital marketing, graphic design, cyber security, and other IT-based skills. The institution focuses heavily on practical learning, live support sessions, and real marketplace experience, which has helped many students build professional careers online.
Over the years, more than 10,000 students have received training through the platform, and over 200 batches have successfully completed their courses. What makes the achievement more significant is that more than 1,000 young men and women are now earning from international marketplaces while working from home. Many of them have gone on to build their own agencies, startups, and freelance careers, creating employment opportunities for others as well.
CodemanBD’s impact is no longer limited to Bangladesh. Students from countries including India, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia have also participated in its online training programs, making the platform part of a broader international learning community.
Apart from being an entrepreneur, Minhazul Asif has also established himself as a mentor for the younger generation. Under his leadership, a dedicated team is working to guide students not only in technical skills, but also in career development, professionalism, and self-confidence.
His contribution to youth empowerment and digital education has already received recognition. In 2022, CodemanBD received the “Rising Youth Award” for its contribution to e-learning and freelancing development. The success story of Minhazul Asif and CodemanBD has also been featured in several national newspapers and media outlets across Bangladesh.
By 2026, CodemanBD has become one of the country’s promising digital skill development platforms. With a vision of building a technology-driven and self-reliant generation, Minhazul Asif continues to work toward empowering young people with skills that can compete in the global marketplace.
For him, success is not just about building a company — it is about creating opportunities, reducing unemployment, and helping young people believe that they can build their future with skills, determination, and technology.
