A delegation of the National Citizens’ Party (NCP) has arrived in Tokyo, Japan, as part of an official community engagement tour. The team landed at Narita International Airport at 6:30 AM local time on Friday, where they were warmly welcomed with flowers by members of the Bangladeshi expatriate community.
The delegation departed from Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Thursday at 1:30 PM.
The team includes:
• Sarjis Alam, Chief Organizer (Northern Region)
• Nasiruddin Patwary, Chief Coordinator
• Mahbub Alam, Joint Chief Coordinator
Purpose of the Visit
During this visit, the delegation will attend a series of programs in Tokyo and Osaka, meeting with the Bangladeshi diaspora and NCP supporters. These gatherings aim to strengthen ties between expatriates and the party, while highlighting their vital role in Bangladesh’s progress. Additionally, the delegation will hold a meeting with the Ambassador of Bangladesh in Japan to discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by Bangladeshi migrants, with a focus on creating better avenues for collaboration and support.

Joint Chief Coordinator and Media Cell Member Mahbub Alam emphasized the significance of this tour, stating: “The NCP is committed to listening to the voices of expatriates and ensuring their concerns are addressed. Through this visit, we aim to build stronger connections and work together for a brighter future.”
