National Citizens Party (NCP) Chief Organizer (Northern Region) Sarjis Alam said that they will not do ‘my man’ politics.He said this at the national conference (2025) organized at Abu Sayeed Convention Center on Minto Road in the capital on Thursday (October 23) to restructure the Bangladesh Democratic Students’ Union and determine its future political strategy.Sarjis said that it is essential to have a chain of command in order to organize every unit in the country. Through this, every unit in the country will be organized. If internal conflicts and divisions can be overcome, the number and quality of members of our unit will be more than the student organization of any party. You will lead the organization in the future. However, it is sad to say that the conflict is still evident. He said that the NCP will ensure that no one in the unit convening committee does ‘my man’ politics.The NCP leader also said that those who could not control their greed and abuse of power from various positions in the student parliament have no place in the NCP or the student parliament. If they fail to perform their important duties properly in the future, appropriate action will be taken against them, this is our promise. The goal of 2024 has not been met yet. We have come out of that coup and revolution and have stepped onto the democratic journey. Our work is big, against the corrupt system. Let us not get bogged down in the system.
