Sarjis Alam, the chief coordinator of the National Citizens Party (NCP) for the northern region, has posted a post on social media about their party symbol ‘Shapla Kali’ for the elections.

In a post on his Facebook page on Sunday (November 2), he wrote, ‘This time Shapla Kali will win the village, the city, the alleys.’
