Nurul Islam Saddam has been nominated as the new central president of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir.He was elected as the new central president of the organization for the 2026 term through a membership conference held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in Agargaon in the capital on Friday (December 26).Earlier, Nurul Islam Saddam worked as the Secretary General of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir. He also served as the central office secretary of the organization.During his educational career, he earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Department of Economics of Khulna University. He is currently studying in a post-graduate diploma course in entrepreneurial economics affiliated to Dhaka University.
